It was easy to get around with nearby public transport options and close to everything the city has to offer. The room was spacious with a big bathroom, and the staff were friendly and polite. Room service was good and the food served at the hotel was excellent.

The hotel failed to honour my request for a firm bed, and we were made to sleep on an uncomfortable sponge.

I wanted a peaceful restful place to spend 24 hours and was happy with what the hotel delivered.

the room decor was a little tired; chipped paint on doors etc; average bathroom ; nescafe coffee and tea - no nice little luxuries like a decent instant coffee if I wanted one (and I did need one!)

Great location for work and leisure. Easy access to both the city centre and airport through trams or freeway. Beautiful Botanical Gardens nearby. Also, the hotel's breakfast selection was tasty, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating during my stay.

Bayview Eden islocated close to the city centre witout being in city. The staff are always freindly and helpful answering any questions we had about Melbournes many attractions and the trams which are just a short walk away. The room service is excellent and the food served is always best quality and fresh, But beware if you are not a big eater order from the snack menu because most meals are huge. Alround a nice place to stay.

Loved the large heated pool and spa. Great location for walking or tram rides into the city. Beautiful gardens and Shrine nearby. Plentiful and varied buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Amazing pool, bath, and toiletries. Dazzling foyer and welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable bar and restaurant. Hidden full-size pool table.

The Hotel Staff were professional and very helpful. Quick to deliver the information required. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite spacious.Would recommend a short or longer stay if you wanted to be close to the City. Loved the fact that Albert Park and St Kilda were close by and public transport was so convenient.

Would have enjoyed a park view. If I am to book another stay at the Bayview Eden then I would want the opportunity to book a room with a view.

I had a dinner to attend in the hotel, it was very nice. Unfortunately it co-incided with the Grand Prix which meant the room rate was quite high!

There was a damp smell in the hallways.

The dinner and breakfast deal was a great price and the quality of the food was amazing. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive and friendly. The location was perfect for our romantic escape with plenty of activities nearby. The bed was comfortable and made for a relaxing stay.

The room itself was quite outdated and some fixtures were in poor condition. The shower was quite dirty and had a lot of mold.

Traffic and access to the carpark at the rear of the Bayview. Understanding that I arrived during peak hour it took literally 15 minutes to travel 500m

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, so close to the tram stop which made it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved the pool and spa area, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I liked the room, the location of the hotel and the staff.

i did think the breakfast was a bit expensive. I only had bacon egg and beans but I had to pay $25 which entitled you to all of the buffet but if you only wanted beans on toast you still had tp pay full price.

I liked how there were taxi all ready there waiting. The staff were friendly and I thought the rooms were nice and clean. Would recommened bayview eden melbourne to all my friends and family. I will be staying there again
